Natasha Ernst is Vice President of Right of Way and Facility Access and Senior Assistant General Counsel at Lightower Fiber Networks, a leading fiber company primarily located in the North East and Midwest. She is an experienced telecommunications attorney, who has been involved in the roll out of DAS and small cell networks across the country since 2005.Today, she is responsible for all underlying agreements for all network assets in the public right of way, including fiber optic cable, IRU fibers, and small cells. Her expertise in wireless infrastructure and backhaul was honed with years of hands-on experience in federal and state regulatory law, litigation, utility joint use, and zoning of wireless towers, DAS nodes and small cells. She has worked on telecommunications infrastructure deployment in 32 states and Canada, including participating in countless state and federal rule-making proceedings. Her fastest small cell deployment with fiber backhaul is four months. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College, magna cum laude, and Lewis and Clark Law School, magna cum laude. She is on the board of the California Wireless Association and a member of the California and Oregon state bars.
