Andy Lachance is an Assistant General Counsel for Verizon. Andy has been at Verizon or its predecessor companies for more than twenty years. Prior to that, Andy worked at the FCC in what was then known as the Common Carrier Bureau. Among other duties, Andy is Verizon’s primary legal representative for wireless siting issues. In that capacity, Andy has been responsible for advising business clients on siting issues, representing the company before the FCC, and drafting Verizon’s comments in FCC siting proceedings. Andy received his law degree at George Washington University and his undergraduate degree in economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
