Registration Cancellations, Refunds, and Transfers
This event is non-refundable but registrations may be transferred. Substitutions are encouraged and should be submitted to Maggie Langan. Please include the original attendee’s name and the substitute’s full contact information. If the substitute’s registration options are different from the original registrant’s, the registration fee difference will be charged.
Registrations are unique to an individual and cannot be shared.
WIA reserves the right to alter the program, speakers, dates or venue at any time, without notice. Should for any reason the venue change or the event be cancelled due to an act of terrorism, extreme weather, disease control, industrial action, act of God or any eventuality beyond the control of WIA, we shall endeavor to reschedule; but the registrant hereby indemnifies WIA and holds WIA harmless from and against any costs, damages and expenses, including legal fees, incurred by the registrant.
Members of the trade or associated press and industry analysts are invited to attend the Wireless Infrastructure Show with our compliments. Media/analyst registration requires an access code. If you believe you meet the criteria for media accreditation and qualify for a media/analyst pass, please contact Maggie Langan to obtain an access code.
If you plan to register as a media representative onsite, you must first qualify and you will be asked to present a photo ID along with one of the following credentials:
• Business card from qualifying publication
• Listing of name and title on masthead of qualifying publication
• Recent copy of by-lined article or newsletter
• Freelance writers, artists or those without titles on their business card must have a letter of authorization, on letterhead, from the editor of the publication for which you are writing or contributing to a story.
To qualify for press credentials, you must be an editor, publisher, staff reporter, television camera crew, or industry analyst from any of the following news organizations: Trade Publication, Television Station, Consumer Publication, Newspaper, National Publication, Wire Service, Radio Station, Web magazine.
NOTE: Some individuals (including freelance writers who are not on a specific assignment, non-editorial personnel from media organizations, and representatives from marketing, advertising and PR organizations) may not be eligible for media credentials. They must register as a general attendee and pay the conference registration fee.
Carriers are invited to attend the Wireless Infrastructure Show with our compliments. We will be verifying carrier registrants against this list of organizations. If you do not see your organization on the list, and believe you qualify for a carrier registration, please contact Maggie Langan.
